Donation Guidelines

To ensure fairness and quality, donated items must be:

  • Clean and freshly washed
  • Free from stains, rips, holes, or heavy fading
  • With working zips, buttons, and fasteners
  • With crests/logos intact

Please note: any Items with names/initials stitched on - we will remove before resale so please continue to donate these items! 

 

Where to drop-off donations

Donations can be dropped to the designated drop-off box during school/club agreed hours. If this option doesn't work for you contact us to arrange an alternative delivery/collection at Hello@preloveduniforms.com

Collection and Delivery
  • Collect from school/club for free (pickup point selected at check-out). Schools and clubs can opt for a collection box to be made available for pickups to avoid disruption to the office & staff.

Otherwise you can choose to

  • Pay for delivery 

We encourage collections when possible as this will keep the cost as low as possible for you
